· BIC擔當通過郵件或者快遞形式提供相關單據給保運擔當
· 單據包括: 發票箱單,提單,報關報檢委托書,IMO等
2 海運換單
· 電放換單需要蓋BIC章海運提單復印件和到貨通知書· 正本換單需要BIC擔當將正本提單快遞方式寄至保運
3 海關申報
· BIC需在申報前將貨物的相關信息提供給保運擔當· 信息包括:貨物品名, 稅則號及稅則號對應的申報要素
· 保運擔當會將電子稅單復印件發至保運財務和BIC擔當
· 保運會在合同約定金額范圍內墊付稅金
· 保運報關行現場人員去海關做核稅放行工作
· 保運擔當拿到海關放行通知書郵件形式通知BIC擔當
· 保運郵件形式通知車隊安排港區提箱計劃
· 提箱計劃安排完成通知BIC擔當和倉庫單證具體入庫時間
7 制作入庫單
· 保運擔當根據BIC提供的進口申報裝箱單制作入庫單· 保運擔當郵件形式提供入庫單給倉庫單證
8 貨物入庫
· 倉庫單證人員根據保運的入庫單操作WMS 系統· WMS系統生成倉庫收貨單交與倉庫實際管理員
· 倉庫管理員接收貨物并對貨物做理貨,貼標簽,翻托
9 入庫報告
· 倉庫管理員將入庫信息匯總后交于倉庫單證人員· 單證人員錄入WMS系統并生成入庫報告給保運擔當
· 保運擔當制作入庫報告后郵件形式提供給BIC擔當
SEA TRANSPORTATION
1 Order receiving
· BIC by mail or Courier form provide relevant documents to BAOYUN
· Documents including: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, IMO, etc
2 D\O
· Telex release D\O ,the change single BIC need cover official seal ocean b/l copy and the arrival of the notice
· Original D\O , need BIC send original b/l Courier to BAOYUN
3 Customs declaration
· BIC needs before the declaration of the goods, to provide relevant information to BAOYUN
· Information including: commodity name, duty paragraph and the corresponding declaration elements
4 Tax bill
· BAOYUN will be sent to BAOYUN’S financial and BIC with the tax bill copy
· Paying tax by the contract
5 Customs release
· At the scene of the customs clearance work
· Customs clearance ended, notify the BIC
6 Transportation plan
· Arrange shipping plan
· Confirm the plan time, notify the BIC and warehouse personnel
7 Stock in
· BAOYUN According to provide import declaration packing list make stock in
· Sent to the warehouse personnel by mail
8 WMS&
· warehouse personnel according to provide the receipt of the WMS system operation
· WMS system generated warehouse receiving this list and warehouse administrator
· Goods warehouse administrator to receive the goods and to do the tally, labeling
9 STOCK REPORT
· warehouse keeper will be put in storage after collect information to warehouse documents personnel
· Personnel entry WMS, documents and generate inbound shipment report
· Make inventory report provided to BIC by mai
